Leaders as Teachers

Ed Betof describes the daunting challenge facing his company, "In 2000, we realized that our strategies for growth and other challenges would require Becton Dickinson associates, from the factory floor to our senior leaders, to develop new skills, abilities, and talents.  We needed to be faster, smarter, and more flexible.  Most important, we needed better and more consistently effective leadership."

Join us and discover how Leaders as Teachers worked at Becton Dickinson and how it can work in your organization!  Learn first hand from Ed Betof as he explains how to orchestrate a leaders-as-teachers change process, prepare and recruit leaders to teach, and more.  Through Ed’s practical application of ideas, you will learn how to build and implement this vital program in your organizationView a brief video book: Leaders as Teacherson Leaders as Teachers and read an interview with Ed published in the August 2009 T+D.

With registration you will receive Ed's book, Leaders as Teachers: Unlock the Teaching Potential of Your Company's Best and Brightest, a $40 value.
