Leaders as Teachers
Ed Betof describes the daunting challenge facing his company, "In 2000, we realized that our strategies for growth and other challenges would require Becton Dickinson associates, from the factory floor to our senior leaders, to develop new skills, abilities, and talents. We needed to be faster, smarter, and more flexible. Most important, we needed better and more consistently effective leadership."
